Definitely recommend
These guys are the best. No matter how many times you call or pop up on them, anthony and hector are always inviting and ready to answer any questions thrown at them. My purchase took a little longer than i wanted but that was through no fault of their own and even so they made the process easy for me with answers to my what seemed like a million questions. I definitely recommend you stop buy if looking for a vehicle. Thank you guys at royalty auto

I started out looking at a van online at Royalty Auto and sent an e-mail. Anthony answered right away. He gave me all the info I needed. My husband and I went to go look at it and the next day I texted him to tell him we wanted to buy it. My credit is not that good so Anthony gave me a few different ways I could go. Never, did I feel pressured. He also didn't mind my many, many texts and calls. Finally bought the van and when we went in to sign all the papers Anthony made us feel like we have known him for years. He is a very nice, relaxed, down to earth guy. I highly recommend Royalty Auto Sales. The best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. And my van is wonderful.

Complete Attention to Needs - Beginning to Satisfied End!
I recently assisted my Hispanic friend in the purchase of a 2014 Ram 2500 4-wheel drive Big Horn pickup truck from Royalty Auto Sales. I anticipated my role in this transaction to be merely one enacting the role of language/ cultural intermediary. However, I realized that because of their well-prepared and selected sales personnel, one of their salesman (Hector) was able to excellently interact and communicate with my friend in Spanish. Hector was very helpful in concluding the sale since he is an excellent salesman. Hector clearly understood the individual nuances of my friend’s needs with the result being an excellent experience. My friend also needed a snow plow and Hector was able to provide him with a slightly used plow available at the dealership for a very good combined price for both the truck and plow. Anthony, who is the dealership owner, was also very helpful in arranging the details of concluding the sale, and with the assistance of both Hector and I, easily and efficiently arranged low rate financing, N.Y. state registration and plates, and a temporary plate which enabled the vehicle to be driven until New York concluded there paperwork process for the permanent documents. Anthony further assisted the sale by lending a large pickup truck to transport the plow for installation to a local shop. From beginning to end, the entire staff of royalty auto sales stood by my friend in all aspects of his need. Both my friend and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a truck or van to seek Royalty Auto Sales and their widely abundant inventory first, even before looking at a new truck/van dealership!

Worth the trip
Royal Auto Plaza is a good used car dealership in Little Ferry NJ. I'm coming from Long Island NY and coming to this dealership I'd felt welcomed Anthony is very professional and treats his customers like the way you wanted to be treated. They were short staffed and Anthony's son showed me the truck I was interested in have to thank him also.y experience in this dealership is positive and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for making my long trip to Little Ferry NJ excellent.

Vehicle purchase
If anyone is in the market to purchase a used vehicle this place is dealership has to be your stop. Anthony is awesome he knows how to treat his customers with dignity and respect. They were short staff that day when I came to purchase my vehicle and his son showed me the truck that I was interested in he's like his dad thanks for showing the truck. Overall my experience with Royalty Auto Plaza was excellent and will recommend them to friends and family thanks.

Unmatched customer service
I came to royalty auto after a very disappointing experience with another dealership. Not naming names, but they are located in avenel, nj. When it came time to make a deal, the other dealership tried to add on 7k in fees and extra charges. I walked out. Royalty auto advertises “ no hidden charges or fees”. That is 110% true. They know how to treat customers and don’t rake you over the coals like other dealers. Anthony and Hector are great. I would fully recommend checking out their inventory before buying anywhere else!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Royalty. A 2000 Corvette convertible. The service and honesty of the vehicle was impeccable .The financing was easy to process. Great Experience
My husband and I were desperately looking for a car with a limited amount of cash. We purchased a beautiful 2011 Traverse, Vedci and Anthony allowed us to give them what we have in cash and worked with us for the rest of the payment. Couldn’t ask for anything better, also the gentleman who showed us the car(didn’t get his name) was most helpful! We will be coming back here for our second vehicle. The BEST in Bergen County
I needed a car ASAP and wanted to keep my search local. I traveled to all of the dealerships on Rt. 46 East & West and other nearby dealerships. What I saw was many cars that were crashed and repaired. The paint on these areas was not consistent and the hood, doors, & bumpers were unaligned at times. There were noisy engines, bald tires and filthy interiors. The one car that I did find had a price that was non-negotiable and the mileage was higher than what I wanted. At Royalty there is a definite difference. The cars there are as close to perfect as can be and the staff is great too. Chris drives all of the cars so he can tell you how they drive and feel. Anthony is a great "no pressure" salesman, Bill accompanies you on the test drive, has a great personality and is a world of knowledge, and the owner Vecdi, is personable and was able to agree to a great price on my 2006 Cadillac CTS with a 1 year warranty. This is a dealership where once you are a customer, you will always be a customer.

All around Great customer service they answered every question with the correct answer they are very Knowledgeable with all of there automobiles on there lot. The best thing about if they don’t have what you want on there lot they will go out of there way to find it for you , even if it’s on one of there competitors... 5 stars service!!!!!

It has been more than a year I bought my Highlander from Royalty. The Royalty staff were exactly right when they said this would be the car I needed for my family. And they were exactly. We still enjoy it in our commutes as well interstate excursions. Royalty is surely a reliable - and a very friendly - dealer.
